Plenty of reason, very little ethics

Chronicler,

I spoke as a Tsol'aa, not for the village. If you wish me to speak instead as Speaker, then I can: In that regard, Moghedu stands as a particular blight upon the Natural world, hollowing out a mountain for the enrichment of a select few, and building countless monuments to Iron and Stone, all in the service of a single tyrant. In that regard, Eleusis has no love for Moghedu, nor those that would call its hall home. This is even without considering the Mhunna's opportunistic allegiance to the Tsol'teth during the Black Wave. It is fitting that you have found your patronage under Shadow, for it is within Darkness that Moghedu has always thrived, feasting upon disharmony.

It is worth remembering from which tunnels the spirit arts of modern conquest and beacons were born, and by the same token, which tunnels have yet to see them wielded against. Ever in the quiet does Moghedu sit, until opportunity arises to stir conflict in the greater world from which it might find profit. I suppose it is some small mercy that the Mhunna found no place in Pazuzu's schemes, though, it is worth considering which halls were spared by the vigil when so few others were.

My own history in conflict with the mhun is not new, your own Speaker can attest to that, and for a time I found peace within those halls, inspired by his conversation.

In service to Nature and Speaking now as,
Treyal Wintermourne, Speaker of Eleusis

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Chronos, in the year 936 AF.
