Crowd-sourcing History

Since the founding of the Guild of Knights, I have embarked on a quest to document the Knightly lineages of every state, the names of every Knight to wear the title, the date that Knight earned the title, and the Knight who accoladed them, so that these legends are not lost to the whim of Memory. As this project nears completion, I turn to the public sphere to crowd-source any eleventh-hour revelations.

Do you recall the life of a Knight that should not be forgotten? Do you hold records from the lost knightly houses that may not be known to we of the Guild? Did you attend a Knight's accolade in your lifetime, and recall the date? Might you tread where I cannot, through news of cities, houses, orders or clans foreign to me, that hold mention of our predecessors? You could help immortalize history that we hold sacred. It may surprise you what humble records can shed light on such history; a simple lognote, a news post that notes a Knight with title, an event transcript that shows a Knight at a given place and time. Nearly any record with a Knightly title and a date could offer the key to such questions, once known to our Knightly scholars.

If you hold records that could be revelatory, or if you think you might but do not know what to look for, do contact me.

In Honour eternal,
Ser Aerek
Knight of Aster Malik

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Lupar, in the year 930 AF.
