Trick or Treat by Hashan
- To participate, wear a costume. New Thera sells a decent selection. If they are not wearing a costume, it is a scam.
- Every citizen and non-enemy of the city may participate by saying, 'Trick or Treat' to anyone within Hashan also wearing a costume.
- Should Trick be picked, this allows the costumed Mayaweener to do absolutely anything legal and within the city laws.
- Should Treat be picked, this requires the costumed person asked to give anything of value (candies, anything at all) to the Mayaweener.
- Trick or Treat by Hashan is an active event effect that continues during the marked duration (Mayaween to seven days after) as long as all participants wear a costume.

Happy Mayaween everyone, party-goers, blood-drinking-mortals, bald citizens from anywhere, and secret 'non-party-goers'!
