The leaders of the Kuyaba, Noktov, and Uchenny tribes on this continent bid me announce a contest in arms for all the warriors of Sapience.

To sign up, find the roll-taker at the spectator stands of the Matsuhama Arena.

You must GIVE BRACELET TO ROLL-TAKER.

A servant will affix a charm to it and inscribe your name upon the lists. The deadline to sign up is Serenade of Scarlatan. After this, he will no longer be taking bracelets. Match-ups will be posted after the deadline.

When your match is settled, find the roll-taker and tell him your results by SAY TO ROLL-TAKER: 'I have defeated PERSON', or 'PERSON has defeated me'. Both contestants must do this.

All matches must be completed by Serenade of Valnuary. If you have not finished any bouts by then, you will be disqualified from the finals.

Beginning on 14th Lupar, the finals will be held, with specific rules that will be explained then. All are welcome to attend.
