This Matter of Titles

Kinilan Demaxx,
A Knight accepts honourable challenges, and so I accept yours.
For I have heard that you were knighted twice by guilds and once by gods, but the Runewarden lineage did rescind your title. I stand a Knight of the Cerulean Spire and a Knight of Aster Malik, and so I see us tied, 2 to 2.
Shall that be our contest, then? The first to earn a Knight's title anew? Surely if you completed such a feat, the Guild might respect it. For my part, perhaps I shall beseech the Infernal Rite, and withstand their brutality and trial of Na'jaggat. Perhaps I shall beseech the Knights of Hashan, and delve into their mystery. Perhaps I shall beseech the Gaian Knights, and sow their tsalaika'a. Or perhaps the Wayward Heir will reveal to me what makes a Pandoran Knight, and I may attempt the trials. And when I come to you, thrice-titled, shall we speak as equals? Or do you offer empty outrage from a ship in port, eager to escape discomfort? Time shall tell, and the world shall see.
But because I believe us tied, the Guild's challenge shall continue in the meantime, and we shall have the satisfaction of facing you in rivalry. Will you take up your sword, long rusted in its sheathe? Will you dust off your ballista, and face us on high seas? Would you choose debate, your mind sharper than your steel? Select your field of honour, Kinilan Demaxx, from the barrens of Nishnatoba to the Brass Lantern chessboard, and we shall face you fairly and with grit. Or don't, and let your unknightly cowardice show.
Any who think my might makes my right has not been watching deathsight. But while my prowess is not unstoppable, my honour is immovable, and so we shall clash anon and again.
