Little lamb,

This most recent revision to one of the East's holy texts is by far my favorite. Candour, oh bless me, how delightful.

I've been practicing, may I demonstrate?

If you think that the entire Prime is not aware of the absolute cesspool of gossip that goes on in your streets, you are either delusional or blind. Under the guise of 'candour' your fellow lambs spew the most toxic positivity and virulent slandor against their own citymates that we've ever heard. Surely you hear it, the way they speak about how annoying Myrddin's ego is and how if they hear him mention one more time about how old he is --as if that were somehow a sign of seniority or honour -- that they're going to puke. Or how if one of the Votaries brags about their wisp one more time they'll scream. Or about how if the leaders spent less time in bed with the enemy they might have more time to spend practicing what they preach. Or how they hate how the Cyreni converts dilute your 'purity', whatever that is supposed to mean. It is interesting how these moments of Candour rarely occur in the presence of the people they're inspired to be candid about. Are you the only one on this planet who is oblivious to what is candidly being voiced about you?

Oh my, I almost lost myself in that intoxicating and liberating vice. I can see why a beautiful and meticulously manicured Goddess plagued with insecurity and a redeemer complex would rebrand 'Truth' in a way that would result in Her supplicants echoing back to Her the words of praise She put in their mouths. How delightfully devious and perfectly in accord with Her famed obsession of extravagant exhibitionism and vanity.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Daedalan, in the year 885 AF.
