Whatever Chaos is, it is more than some intentional semiotic obfuscation of terms. It is assuredly more than some 'ship of Himalia' hypothetical. It is certainly more than basic physiological processes that preceded its entrance into Creation. But what offends me the most is that you consider this mindless drivel, in any way, an argument.

For your own sake, go lock yourself in a library for a decade with a copy of the Mythos. Then, I think, you might be ready, just barely, to represent your city in any official capacity.
