Targossas is officially lifting its ban on those from Eleusis and Hashan from entering Their city so long as they can act respectfully within the city walls and perform no acts that cause harm to the Dawnspear or her citizens.

For those who have been enemied due to the previous ban, if this was your only transgression and you now wish to rectify this, please reach out to our Minister of Security, Alyzar Guistel Al'Jafri.

The ban against all who call Mhaldor or Ashtan home still stands and we will continue to enforce it.
