Greetings,

This is Cyrene's formal declaration of hostilities to the village of Eleusis. Though conflict has slowed between us, the members of the village have consistently sought to disrupt our very way of life and persist as a discordant force amongst our citizens. They have raided our home, killed our guards and people. We have sought peace with the village on multiple occassions and have received little more than ultimatums and threats upon our city.

While we seek a peaceful coexistence with Eleusis and its villagers, until a hand on their end is extended to do so, we must present a fervent stance against the village not only in its actions against the city of Cyrene, but against other civilizations of Creation.
