Citizens and formal allies of the village of Eleusis are banned from the streets of Cyrene at this time. Until further notice, do not enter Cyrene or you will be declared an enemy of the city.

To any Eleusians who leave in protest of your village's destructive new direction, Cyrene offers you refuge. If you are being hunted by Eleusians or followers of Gaia for leaving, you are welcome in Cyrene so long as you follow our laws.
