Hello,
Thank you for your continued attempts at providing an intimidating source of motivation for my allies to grow. Please find below some constructive criticism and advice for improving upon it.
1a. When making threats, it is always helpful to offer concrete examples of your goals.
1b. Add more emphasis to your threats and promises. Offer concrete examples and explain. Otherwise, your words come across as effortless and without passion. The application of nihilism is tricky here. If it must come across as effortless, it may be better to utilize silence instead.
2a. Along with offering concrete examples of goals, it is always helpful specify demands. The issue with 'ruin awaits those who defy His will' is that it is too vague, and you can't possibly enforce that with everyone who defies His will.
2b. Specify - you're not going to go after everyone who defies His will in all circumstances. In this context you're limiting your attention to the forest of Rheodad. The more specific your threat, the more weight it has.
3a. Your threat is being enforced by people who show their faith when it's convenient for them. Specifically, when your God is present.
3b. This one I don't really have any advice for. For pity's sake, your Warlord has been Ashtani for like, a year. That one's above your station. I'd advise glossing over it rather than addressing it if it comes up. It's rather challenging to defend and it risks trivializing your faith.
4a. This message has already been delivered in 21193 and you offer nothing new.
4b. If the message has already been delivered, repeating it will only weaken your stance. Offer something new - a new perspective, new demand, or more reasoning.
5a. You respond to an accusation of your Order's trespassing with a statement that your master does not trespass. This was not the accusation.
5b. When replying to something specific, make sure you address what they say rather than your interpretation of it. Reframing their stance is easily recognized as a novice technique.
I have attached a draft of a revised propaganda post for your convenience. Naturally I am not as familiar with your ideology as you are, and you may need to edit it for accuracy.
___
Aroan,
Oblivion's hounds go where they please with regard only for His will. The laws of the land, of your gentle village, or of your faith are as irrelevant as they are weightless. Your precious Cycles are an illusion: all will end.
Oblivion's claim upon the forest of Rheodad centres not only around the altar of Golgotha, but that it is already His. Your desecration of ruinous landmarks to Him will not go unpunished. Continue, and we will take more than this forgotten forest.

You'll note this draft adds a touch of emphasis and ideological zeal by attacking Aroan's faith with your own. Additionally, you're limiting your efforts to those who strike the forest, which appears to be your current goal. We're ignoring the whole Ashtani-for-a-year thing. Lastly, we are responding directly to Aroan's message and adding something new, so we are not merely repeating Hirst. It's definitely not perfect, but it's a starting point.
I hope this helps!
Love,
Tesha
