Dear Truax,

When speaking of the concept of Faith, one should remind ones self, that Faith is not a word or concept unto itself.

Faith only has meaning in relation to: Having faith in something. Much like Freedom is not a goal unto itself. One has freedom of something.

These concepts and terms have only meaning in relation to something. The moment someone preaches that Faith has meaning unto itself, we come to the realm of the ideologs and dogma's. Sacrificing the meaning and purpose of a living society.

Once one undertakes that route, the principle becomes everything that is within ones mind. It hollows out life, purpose and meaning, into a perversion of what once was.

You preach to believe in a light that served only to blind you from what was around you. Forced you to sacrifice yourself for others. Not the light of Miramar, your conviction.

But that conviction is simply hollow. We do not live alone, we live amongst others. But also do we not only live for others, we live with ourselves and those around us.

As we say in Hashan: You need to become strong and wise, so you can teach others. There's no use in being feebleminded, inexperienced and then trying to impart 'wisdom' on others. Would you take advice from someone without experience or skill?

Faith has meaning when it pertains to the living and their path in life. To keep both life and experience and share it. Not when it relates to what once was. That is not having faith, that is wishful thinking. Hoping that one day your problems will just dissolve.

Keep this in mind: You do not have ideas, Ideas have you. And so do concepts like Faith. No matter how hard you try, Faith won't stop an arrow, or hunger, nor sickness.

As someone wise once said: Hope is NOT a strategy, nor will it put bread on the table.
