It disturbs me when I see those obviously too young to get married
rushing into such a serious committment. In order to stem this
growing tide, and to protect the young from their own penchant for
error, I have instituted some rules that one must abide by in order
to be married in Achaea. You will find them in HELP MARRIAGE, but
I will summarize: Both parties to the marriage must be at least
level 30, and have played at least 75 hours.

I realize that this will undoubtedly disappoint some of you
young lovers, but you're just too young, damn it. Go out and sow
some wild oats before you settle down! Taste life!
