As one of the staunchest supporters of the inherent Eleusian-Targossian alliance (which you're temporarily pretending does not exist) I wish to advise you that Targossas has recently updated its laws and crimes list to reflect the modern times.

It is only as a courtesy that I'd like to inform you and yours that the terms for guard murder have been adjusted to:

25,000 gold sovereigns, and 5 years branded an enemy of the city of Targossas.

Per guard.

Per person.

As a one-time courtesy to you and others who might consider murder a fun past-time, we would like to share that these charges have been levied against you, Lyrin, Jonesey, Morthif, Truax, Majin, and Obryn.

We in Targossas look forward to the days when the use of murder of simpletons is no longer considered a fun or ethically sound way to spend ones time, but until then, we can at least ensure it is a costly affair.
