Quartermaster Eryl,
I don't know you. You don't know me. It's for the best. You're under this delusion that progress is something solely at the behest of so called 'civilisations' you believe and cities. Your words echo this sentiment in your latest post even while you decry the very thing found within Hashan.
Nature.
Progress is a man-made concept that varies from person to person. To the Mhaldorians it probably means the strongest wolf survives and the rest die. To Targossians it probably means life continues on without the taint of Evil, Darkness, or Chaos. It appears to mean destroying anything in the way of this 'civilisation' you tout to you.
However. Beneath every city is a land filled with life. It exists from Mhaldor Isle to the far west to the island of Zanzibaar. Suliel to the southernmost parts of Meropis have life. Even the city you hail from of Hashan has this life. It has Nature.
One of the key differences between us in Eleusis and you is this. We embrace Nature. We realise there's a beat within her that echoes across time and distance. We know that we have short lives but Nature continues on. Mountains are worn away in time. Cities crumble.
Nature watches while you continue in your futile efforts of destroying anything that stops you from your current though fleeting goals. You'll be like the mountains in time. You'll crumble with the teeth of the pack on your heels.
