Tesha,
I was like you once. A soul so entirely devoted, so filled with love to a Divine that a perceived betrayal sent this soul into a black abyss of pain and misery, awaiting nothing but rot.
It does not have to be this way.
Borrowed strength, be it mortal or Divine, is just that: borrowed. Once that person leaves you, what remains?
The LORD teaches that you find the strength from within yourself. Steel your soul so that not even a Divine can break it. Train the mind so that the sharpened steel of betrayal and loss is blunted upon your shield, draw the power from within yourself, because your power is what -truly- matters.
"The weak are as wriggling maggots upon a rotting corpse glutting
themselves upon the rank flesh that is the earnest time of others. These souls are nothing more than a hindrance, they draw from those whom put forth honest effort and steal time from the diligent man. What is their purpose?" -- Book of Truth, The Fourth Parable.
In Hardship.
Subjugator Entaro Nithilar, of His Legion.
Penned by my hand on the 4th of Glacian, in the year 835 AF.
