Those of you who have been enemied to Ashtan for grievances against Chaos or for the pursuit of aggression against the Seat of Chaos are hereby gently encouraged to rectify that status. If you have not done so by year's end, your link to Domination will be severed. If you have questions as to the nature of your enemy status, address them to our Minister of Security.

You have been granted this period of grace by my generous will. Further acts against the Seat, the Court, or Chaos will see that grace revoked.

Those who were enemied for preaching against the reality of Chaos need not bother.
