Let it be known that, by the will of Imperator Glaaki, I have been appointed Ruinous Intercessor of Interplanar Dominion, and it falls to me to govern the use of Domination among mortals.

To that end, any who practice that noble art would do well to be aware of the following:

Occultists who would seek to use their power against the cause of Chaos, whether that be the Court of Chaos itself, or its Seat upon the Prime, will be exiled. Your pacts will be declared void and the Court will not suffer you to bargain with them.

The definition of such an act includes, but is not limited to, violent aggression against Ashtan or the Court, and undermining the efforts of Ashtan or the Court upon the broader world stage.

Those who are possessed of multiple classes will not be spared this. If you raid Ashtan as a Depthswalker, but have also studied the ways of the Occultist, you will be exiled.

Other egregious offenses will be considered on a case by case basis, upon my discretion.

Finally, it is worthy of note that the Court of Chaos does not, at this time, forbid the practice of Domination beyond Ashtan's borders, provided they do not act against the interests of Chaos.
