Some of what you said is true. Targossas has failed, if only in our belief that you had some semblance of understandings of Their teachings... in our belief that you were someone reliable who could be trusted to take on a difficult role in an even more difficult time... in our trust in you. It was your complete lack of knowledge and faith that led to your departure.

A lot has happened over the last few years. These events have forced the Dawnspear to focus on a period of internal growth, of rejuvenation, of healing. To nurture Their city and rebuild, that we may be strong enough to face what comes next. It is difficult. We have risen, fallen, and risen before. We will rise again, we will fall again, and we will rise once more. The complacency you accuse the Dawnspear of is a mere projection of your own ineptitude to contribute to this rejuvenation.

Targossas has suffered many blows over the last few years. Your departure was the least of them.
