Give'em a break, Bluef, you're making them think. Consider what would
happen if Shallam actually started questioning their arbitrary
definitions of justice and "good"... It truly strains my young mind to
imagine the chaos that would ensue. I'm pretty sure it would involve
fire though, so I guess that's why they avoid such introspection.

Ignorance and blind devotion = easy
Chaos, Enlightenment, possible Fire = difficult

Easy to see why the choose what they do... it's easier.
