Forces of Good and Light in this increasingly dark world,

A few months ago, Angaril Del-Amroth wrote an article asking what it is
you have been up to. (See public news post #15961.) So far there has
been no response. I will admit, I am disappointed.

Does the Church, nor the City of Light, have nothing to say? What is it
then that we should conclude from that silence? Have you grown weary of
the battle against evil? Are you sleeping? Are you waiting for a more
convenient time to pick your battles?

Have you forgotten that at one time you once stood for Light, for
Righteousness? Do you believe in your Holy Codex? Or is it more of a
nice idea, but too difficult to implement.

I'll admit, I am an outsider. I do not hear the day-to-day discussions
that you must have, discussing how you will strive to fight evil in its
every form. My time spent within the Church was very short, only a
matter of years. But one thing I remember, the day the Decanter was
stolen. I remember how I watched in awe as a city and the Church rallied
in defense, facing death without fear. I also remember the months that
followed, where I heard a stunningly apathetic silence that had crept
in.

Surely Good is not gone from these realms. Surely the City of Light and
its Holy Church have more to say. I am asking therefore, that you speak.
Let your voices be heard, and your actions made known. Or I shall
conclude that there is no reason left to fight.
