Auction of Shallam Shop

To All Keen Shop Owner Wannabes,
The City of Shallam is hereby announcing a close auction for the SALE of
one of her shops. The shop of interest is currently named "Evocations",
primely located N, W from Fish Street, the gathering point of the city
itself.
Interested parties are hereby required to submit their bids in CREDITS
messaged to myself. The starting bid for reference should not be less
than 800 credits. All bidders still in running thereafter, will be
constantly informed of the highest bidding price via messages or
directed to refer to an AD updated by me as timely as i can. Each bidder
is only allowed to change his or her bid once every month so we do
expect a sincere response from interested parties. Increments to bid is
made to a minimum of 50 credits so please exercise your wisdom to ensure
that you do get the shop!
Another information of note, the ANNUAL tax for the shop stands at 8600
gold which payment will start as from the following year after initial
ownership. The winner of the auction will be notified after the end of
this year. As such, the auction will close at the end of this year. The
new owner shall then be given further instructions to seek transfer of
ownership. Failure to receive payment of the stated bid within 4 months
of the request will result in the next highest bidder being offered the
shop.
Notice to perspective owners: Bidders' eligibility is decided at the
Chancellor's discretion. Regardless of how generous your bid is, it will
be rejected due to any objections from the Council. Naturally Shallam
Enemies and Mhaldorians need not apply.
The shop bidder must at all times adhere to the LAWS of Shallam, which
can be referred to at "Before the Shallam Gate". He/She must also adhere
to the conditions of our Merchant Ordance, that can be read under
READNEWS PUBLIC 12392. For further queries, feel free to ask Chancellor
Maiya or myself.
