Love

Unlike you, I don't claim to be correct. I like seeing people get pissed
off, because they are SO sure of themselves and their own little
constructed reality. The possibility that love isn't real drives people
crazy, because they are hopeless fools who rely on concepts like that to
help validate their life.
If love is deeper than just personality traits, why did you include
them? We can disregard that and go to the crux of your argument instead:
love is 'deeper' than just how that other person makes you feel. How do
you know for sure? Let's dive into the thereotical, my favorite little
trainables.
Theoretically if love is deeper than what you listed, then why has no
one fallen desperately in love with plants? Plants are alive, and love
is supposed to be a joining of two cosmic beings that transcends all
bodily attachments, right? I am using a completely ridiculous example to
illustrate my point: if love had nothing at all to do with how
someone/something makes you feel, then why aren't people spending the
rest of their lives with small shrubberies? It isn't about your own
stimulation and enjoyment, so why has that never happened? Why can't you
just be honest with yourself - that other person makes you feel good
about yourself, which is why you think you love them. These feelings can
be very intense, but again, it is just a chemical reaction in your body
from the stimulus you are receiving.
Who knows though - I could be completely wrong. I am not going to get
angry over discussing ideas. If thinking abstractly about concepts and
questioning the basics of the conditioning that you received is too much
for you, just label me an idiot, have a laugh with your friends and go
back to discussing things that are easier to digest.
