Blindness

I know first-hand how Slith's attacks feel. I have in My possession a
vial of My own essence tainted by him, along with the willing efforts of
Mhaldor, and the pain of it is part of My daily life.

Even before that, You may remember that I offered My help to revive Your
son when the time comes for Him to awaken. I fear the mixed heritage He
possesses may well drive Him into madness unless it's brought into
Harmony within Him.

You still seem to think for some reason that we seek to destroy Your
family. Only Your wife has ever had our attention, and this has never
changed. We seek to preserve. Your own blind eye turned towards the
power of Your wife is that which holds the most chance of destroying
Your family. We ask no quarter nor forgiveness in regarding Eris as a
power which could easily destroy all we know, which is truly the case,
and which I note You have not denied. It seems that, in Your blood-lust,
the well-being of Your children is of less import to You than it is,
indirectly, to us.

Honestly, Aegis, we have no quarrel with You, except Your desire to
defend one of the most destructive forces ever known to this realm,
simply because it takes the form of Your wife. I am truly sorry, My
brother, that You persist in being so blind.
