Shrines, Carmell

Greetings,
I hope the citizens of Shallam are reading their posts, especially those
who follow Justice, Compassion and Valour, for one of your own citizens
has decided that shrines of all those orders will fall inside your city
because of her own arrogance.
As you well know, Carmell had enemied me unjustly to Lady Miramar's
order. I had not harmed Her shrines prior to my status as an enemy, nor
aided anyone in harming them. I swear it upon my honour.
I was asked if I would reconsider halting my plans to defile the shrines
to the three Shallamese orders by one of their members, and I offered
terms:
Carmell had to admit in public that she had wrongly enemied me.
That was my only requirement. The moment she did that, I would cease any
actions against the shrines inside the city and even gave my word to
offer 200,000 essence to the Order of Valour to compensate for the
shrine I destroyed prior to announcing my plans on these very boards.
As that was refused, a Shrine to Lady Miramar fell inside Shallam in one
fell swoop, despite the pain of the worldburn.
More shrines will fall, though my offer stands in perpetuity. When
Carmell admits it here on these newsboards, I will cease, and offer to
the Order of Valour.
Until then, every time you lose a shrine inside the city, think of
Carmell.
