The blood Congregation is aware of a vast number of parents in Sapience
that can not afford to properly take care of their children. Every day
dozens of new orphans roam the streets of the Ashtan and Shallam only to
be lured away with a trinket or candy and cruelly murdered.

We are not a charity organization but we are in need of an innocent
child to help us with our religious activities. Therefor we have a
proposal to all poor parents in Sapience. We will pay 200,000 gold
sovereigns if you sell one of your children to us. The child must be in
physical and mental good condition and preferably not have reached
puberty.

I understand that selling of one of your children is a big step to make.
But so is dumping your children in a city where organizations like the
Lin'Quei prey on them. Your child will be housed in our estate and
provided with food and education. If carefully invested the 200,000 gold
sovereigns can take care of the education and studies of your other
children.

I have to warn you that after the child has moved to us any
communication with it will be impossible and that you should not expect
to see it ever again.
