We here at the Lin'Quei(tm) have always tried to recognize that
sometimes aspiring evil needs a hand to get going. Being the
community minded evil organization that we are, we decided it's
time to reach out and give Mhaldor that nudge it needs to start
committing real attrocities in the name of evil.

With this in mind, the Lin'Quei are holding our first and hopefully
annual event called the "Pile of Dead Children" Contest!

It's this easy:

Simply slay some children -- any children at all -- and pile their
bodies in front of notable Shallam landmarks (the Basilica, Sultans
palace, popular shrines, etc) or in the temple of any Shallamese deity!
For every pile of children recorded, the Lin'Quei will donate 1k to
help Mhaldor in its drive to be evil! Could it possibly get any easier?

However evil is not without rules and regulations, so here they are:
1) The children must be dead AND in a neat pile. Masses of dead children
simply strewn about the streets of Shallam will only garner a
meager 500 gold donation.

2) To get credit for your work simply mail a letter containing a copy of
your deeds along with your name to myself or Marcalo. Nameless entries
will not qualify.

3) The Lin'Quei(tm) accept no responsibilty for "accidents" between you
and violent Shallamese or other denizens regarding usage of their
children.

To sweeten the pot the Lin'Quei(tm) will donate a 10k prize to both
Mhaldor AND the person managing to stack a pile of dead children either
at the Holy Codex in the Basilica or in office of the Archprelate
