Hear ye, Hear ye! Everybody perk your ears and read this post carefully.
"The Golden Pawn" Chess Tournament is almost readied and soon the exact
date when the Tournament will start will be posted.

I am sure many of you have heard about the Tournament between Houses,
for I have sent an invitation to the leader of each and every House of
Sapience. Through this post I renew this invitation and I once more call
for champions of chess from each House to come and prove their skills on
the chess battleboard.

Each house interested must message me in the following 3 months,
providing a list of at least 3 persons that will represent the team of
that house. The tournament will not be a short one and might run for
several years, depending how fast players defeat their opponents *grin*.
However, the prizes of the Tournament are worth taken into
consideration. First of all, there will be a fee for each player that
joins. Each house that enters the competition must pay 10k gold per
player and if their team exceeds 3 persons to pay 5k for every person
added. From the fee that we gather we will offer a gold prize for the
best 3 Houses in the lands, as follows: HAlf of the sum gathered goes to
the winner, 30% to the Second place, and 10% to the 3rd place.

However, what those of you that have already sent their subscriptions
don't know, is that now, Lady Ourania has prepared the final piece of
the Tournament, "The Golden Pawn" trophee that will be awarded to the
winner. The trophee is astonishing and has been given magic powers by
the Goddess Ourania Herself. What magic powers does it have? We'll leave
that to the Winners of this Tournament to find out *grin*.

It is important to remind you that we will have important Divine Guests
to the Tournament, so make sure you get your ticket and jump into the
competition.

P.S. - House Leaders/Representatives please send me the name of all the
persons from your House that wish to join. As soon as all houses that
will participate are set, we will gather the fees and organize the
Opening Festivities.
