Delos

For as long as I can remember, I have rampaged through Delos, massacring
the denizen residents without a care in the world, believing them to be
no more than essence or experience. Call it a crisis of conscience, a
change of heart, whatever you will, but in the spirit of Logosmas, I
spoke with Merentesh, the shopkeeper, regarding a truce. Even as I spoke
with him of this offer, he struck me repeatedly, while all the while I
stayed my hand. I can only imagine it was through frustration that
Merentesh implored Lord Hermes to suffuse him with extra strength. This
wish being granted, I was forced to remove myself from Merentesh's
presence. The negotiations, in the loosest possible sense of the word,
continued via shouts until Lord Clementius called an end to it and
granted Merentesh the gift of immortality.

Let it be know that I henceforth will no longer attack the denizen
citizens of Delos, whether they strike me or not.

Merry Logosmas, one and all.

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Mayan, in the year 409 AF.
