Okay people, I, Dalavan, am going to hold a lottery.

I won't drag into the deep and complicated details, so heres how, it
will hopefully run.

1, the lottery, from this post will be open to sales.
2, tickets can be obtained from me by tells and a meeting arranged, or
send me a letter which MUST contain your name, and the amount of gold
equal to your ticket amounts - write the number too for my reference.

Tickets will be on sale for 750 gold each, and on 'Logomas month', one
randomly drawn out. The main prize is 50 credits, or 300 000 gold,
depending on the winners choice.

Remember, tickets are on sale now, and will be open for sale for 7 more
monthes!
