I come to you this day to announce that Kherranos has just reached the
rank of Greater Dragon, being the first ever member of the CIJ to reach
this prestigious level! There was a big party for him (which I missed)
after he hit the 99th circle of experience by smashing a small rodent to
a bloody pulp.
