Years spent within the embrace of a love

drawn to question even through guarantee.

Tacit blame left to the specters whereof

built a fortress of mania to see

those around her through eyes of blame and ire.

When if time taken to exchange the soul,

and not silence left to rot and bemire,

would all her anguish to her heart console?
