Your Eclipse

Your smile was once a sunrise,

warmth stealing through my limbs,

beauty robbing my lungs of breath,

My every secret yours to divest.

and then the darkness came,

usurping that daybreaker's charm,

creeping though in sinister slips,

condemning me neath your eclipse.

Now all I know is your sundown contempt.

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Glacian, in the year 928 AF.
