You're the best, thing that has happened to me,
Happiness is felt, but I know that it can never be,
I hide these feelings, until I break down a cry,
I want it so bad, I want our love to fly,
But a barrier stops me, keeps me from you,
Hold my head in my hands, not knowing what to do,
Tears burn my cheeks, drip onto the ground,
Watch as you disappear, such beauty found,
Feel my heart rip, watch him take you hand,
Ball my fists, and slowly stand,
Let out a scream, a scream of pain,
No more to loose, No more to gain,
Now all I have left are memories, of things that didn't,
Now all I have are hurts, of things that couldn't,
Watch as two figures, slowly sink into the horizon,
Hang my head, and watch, until my love is gone,
Fall to my knees, and scream out your name,
My heart burnt to a cinder, by a single flame,
Sit down slowly, as my heart hangs low,
I wonder when, my love will, again flow,
Just leave it at friends, don't risk it all,
Until one day, I slip and fall,
Close my eyes, and try to move on,
My heart a heavy burden, it weighs a tonne,
Just stand up, and walk away,
Shrug it off, live another day,
Feelings felt, and love lost,
My feelings hurt, was the cost,
No more will I, feel this way,
No more love, it starts today.
