Scales of darkest night,
heart of ember flame.
Starting lost in the darkness,
with everything to gain.

Young wings,
song and silver heart.
Fighting for a place,
afraid of nightmare's start.

Searching in the darkness
for a hint of light,
Glow of flame and glimmering silver
find each other,
and chase away the other's blight.

Now song of silver
and warmth of flame
dance together,
earnestly hoping for the same aim.

Singing song of future hope,
lighting the path ahead,
Sparrowsong and young dragon's might
together face the darkness,
each the other's strength and light.
