They wiggle in the sand
At Kadolokis beach
They splash around the oysters
East of Tasurkes port

Toes pointed skyward
A shooting star passes oerhead
Heels pressed against the wood
As the ship sways to and fro

Up a scary tree that looms up high
The leaves and branches tickle toes
In a grove toes are squishing in the mud
As rain patters down from above

Surrounded quite warm in leather
They trudge through the tundra
Completely bare sluicing through water
On the ferry ride to Minos

Two feet walking side by side
Each the solemate of the other
Taking turns leading and following
