This poem is more about than to the CIJ.
I wrote it a long time ago, but didn't share it before:

The work of a jester is to entertain,
With laughter and glitter and tricks of the brain.
The work of a jester, distraction from tears,
A soothing of moods and a relief from fears.
The work of a jester, to know and to share,
To point out the truths that are plainly right there.
The work of a jester, advice in a pinch,
For thinking beyond normal ways, just an inch.
The work of a jester is more than just this
The strength not to cry when they must feel bliss.
The work of a jester, to carry the mood,
To make you consider, without being rude,
To amuse, to reflect, to remind who forgot
That there's always more ways to proceed from a spot.
