Two Roads

Two roads may depart
Which to follow to thy heart
Take the left or take the right
Is there an answer to this plight

Yet in the end, what we must know
To live or to die is our choice to sow
We live, we die, by the choices we make
In the end, the path tis ours to take

If you lose courage, if you quake
Then the end may be yours to partake
If you find, the warrior within
The path tis bright, welcome the end

To live with patience and in harmony
Or to satisfy your every need
Listen to your heart or listen to your mind
In you the choice is to find

Yet, when all is said and done
When the horizon meets the sun
What we know to be true
Decide or not, the answer is up to you

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Mayan, in the year 697 AF.
