Afloat in the Dryad Gardens

Afloat in the Dryad Gardens
(a frolicking haiku)

startled by splashes
soaked pelt afloat, laughing
young forestwalker

thriving life abounds
evil has no reach out here
malice takes no root

Erato's echoes
forest wardens whispering
"life is a cycle"

children of Maya
playfully frolic and twirl
steward and spirit

soon to part, and still
limitless for an instant
each other's essence

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Ero, in the year 691 AF.
