The old man sits on the steps
He thinks of all those he can help
He thinks of all those that need it
He thinks of all those that will not accept it

They just won't listen to him
He can't even begin to try
They care not of other's feelings
They care only of themselves and who did them wrong

The old man sits and mourns for them
He mourns for those he can help
He mourns for those who need it
He mourns for those that will not accept it
