Whilst a man walks away, a girl stands there
crying her eyes out
as she says,
"please don't go.."
her heart in her arms
fracturing and breaking

a stranger approaches and notices the girl
standing there, watching the other walk away
he sees the breaking heart, and takes it from her arms
he simply hugs it in his own arms, pressing small bandages to it
holding it together as he makes it feel a little better
he soon hands the girl's heart back
healing and almost as good as new
and he smiles at her
and he says softly,
"don't cry for him"
and he smiles
