I used to follow you
Watching your steps
Learning how to walk
Silently, observing
Is this the right path?

Is it still following,
When you walk the same path?
Still learning, without words
Sometimes slower, or unseen
But steadily moving onwards.

Follow me if you cannot see
I am still here, and always
Walking with you, next to you
As taught, with confidence
This is the right path.
