Ode To My Belt

Blame Chryseas....

Here is to my trusty belt
without which women surely would melt
Cinched up tight to prevent slippage
so no one can see the package

Modesty gone with troll trousers
ill-fitting and itchy become rousers
A shriek of fright (or delight) in the night
forces shopping trips next daylight

So here is to my trusty belt
may you never again cause a welt
I tire of all the sightseers
and now walk around much freer.

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Mayan, in the year 588 AF.
