Full Moon Over The Harbour

For Catlynne Winterhart

Black velvet curtain envelopes both.
Gentle waves crash against the rocks
You in my arms.

Up we look
See stars sparkle
Which yet compare to your eyes.

Soft ocean breeze caress's your hair,
Aroma of heaven wafts in the air
And the feeling of silk runs thru my fingers.

Your lips,
Full and gentle
Like the rising tide.

Your skin,
Soft and supple,
Rich
Like virgin sand between my toes.

The moon
Full and bright
Reflects gently up to us

And into your eyes
Where upon I gaze

Lost

and in peace.

-Jarel Lighthawk

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Mayan, in the year 256 AF.
