Long ago, in a land far away
The god called aegis was born
He raised his hand and sparked in men
A desire for warfare
that was not ignored

Now men of course began to think
Began to fight, began to kill
The desire has become
quite unquenchable
And men became lovers of war

Since then combat has become
An honourable thing
And a thing of great importance
A thing of great glory
A thing quite unquenchable

Combat is
A means of solving many problems
A means of ridding the world
Of the feeble and the weak
A means of glorifying the god of war.

The god of war
know by the name of aegis
is to be honored and praised
for it is he that has granted us
a means of conquering our enemies
