Touched by the memory of a mighty Kirin, in Ero of 919 After the Fall a towheaded boy was entrusted to the care of the Abbess of New Hope. Remanded to the care of Sister Coranne, who found herself unequal to the task, the boy's guardians soon asked the City of Targossas to lend him aid.
Yet with little progress made by Sister Terice of the Harbingers, eventually a new path was sought: healing the boy's damaged psyche. In the Chamber of Hope the child worked with different media, though he always repeated the same routine. He would depict the same pair of structures, all but finish, scrap the whole thing, and start again. After six watching this closely, Targossas presented a manuscript of their observations to Architect Maeris, who immediately recognised the patterns for what they were.
The path finally illuminated, Targossas acted. A work crew was recruited and, at the orders of the Dawnlord and Lumarchs, the Targossian navy sailed the seas to acquire the materials they would need.
In the three months from Chronos to Mayan in 920 AF the construction crews were set to work, and on the evening of the 15th in that third month it was done. The city gathered to witness the placement of the final keystones, revealing at last the redesigned Temple of the Rising Dawn and the Temple of Cleansing Flame.
Blessed by the Bloodsworn Themselves, Their Temples now stand renewed in Targossas. An immutable part of the Dawnspear, they shine forth as a reminder of both Good's eternal mission and of the resilience shown by those who sacrifice so that anyone - including a foolish and brave young boy - might claim a future.

Summary: During the memory of the Kirin's rampage through Sapience, a towheaded boy was struck mute. In an effort to heal him, the citizens of Targossas offered him materials that provided them in return with blueprints for new temples.
Penned by My hand on the 15th of Sarapin, in the year 921 AF.
