Often times we strive to create works that stand heads above the rest, clawing towards that promised glory and fame that few will ever find! Unfortunately, this was not the case during our recent contest aiming to showcase the grandiosity of the famed Underworld...

Instead, our lovely judge and commissioner has deemed three works from two artists fit to display to all! Rejoice in such a splendid outcome! Without further ado, we of The Artists' Collective announce to you dear reader, that Belladona, Queen of Vampires and Mistress of Darkness, recognises the creations of both Eoka and Grandue from the Seat of Chaos!

Starting with a marvelous piece conjured up by Eoka, we have a statue of grief undying which depicts the illustrious Finality in his younger years, bereft over the loss of his love. With our next piece, Curator of Death, we move forward in time by several ages, able to observe Ugrach's coronation, the magnificence and horror excellently captured by the mind of Grandue. Rounding out the exuberant trio, Grandue's second statue, Two Kings, marks that fabled event that most of us could only dream of witnessing, King Slith's ascension to the throne while his esteemed father departs.

We would like to thank all of those who participated, with a special note of appreciation for Shirszae's submission, Death and Unlife, even though it was not chosen.

All prizes will be distributed by Belladona who has been given the statues in their completion* to be displayed as she sees fit.

Summary: After cryptically announcing a contest to honour the realm of Death by way of art, the first deadline presented by The Artists' Collective Trading Post came and went. It later came to light that a submission so offended Belladona, who had been the commissioner of the event, the artist in question was eliminated. After a brief extension and much debate, the works of Eoka and Grandue were selected by the Queen of Vampires, their sketches subsequently turned into creations.
