Comments:

Recalcitrance was offered by native herds when required to submit to the Meld. Per the instruction of the Meld's Fulcrum, a demonstration was prepared. For its offense, the city called Cyrene was judged:

1. For knowingly offering succour to the disgraced Falaq-maal.
2. For the formation of coalitions by noncombatants in opposition to our campaigns.
3. For refusal to relinquish the ice-wyrm.

The cattle of Tezlari-tarin have employed localised energy matrices in conjunction with fragmentary elements of the Dragon archmage's barrier. These have proven effective in diminishing the efficacy of our amaranthine Tide, and less effective in preventing our passage.

Following destruction of the matrix defense by the Dark Hate, submission of overland guardians to the Litany ensured the quick processing of noncombatant cattle among the herds of Tezlari-tarin. Overtures of submission provided by the forest village on the engagement's eve were rejected in favour of more efficacious processing at the target site.

Acquisition of the Guardian proceeded with minimal resistance, including appropriate containment procedures. Once gained, damage and destruction of the nearby energy matrix concluded without further issue.

Native Krenindalan presence was accounted for. Suitable individuals for processing and material gestation have been logged accordingly. Presence of the Staff of Nicator proved an unexpected factor, but it was yielded willingly and with only temporary inconvenience to the Secret Storm.

The First of Six is accomplished. The Second will proceed as planned.

Summary: Providing the promised demonstration of Tsol'teth physical and arcane might, the forces of Anzari-tarin invaded the city of Cyrene, Heart of the Vashnars, crushing all resistance and casting out both inhabitants and foreign allies. With the Dark Hate installed as Overlord of Cyrene, newly renamed the First of Six, the refugees of the crushing defeat were cast out from their ancient home.
