I've just loaded up some minor combat adjustments. Here are the details:

Alchemy
-------
* LEAD will now also be able to pull people down out of trees.

Conjuration
-----------
* KNIFE sigils now have a significantly reduced chance to cut fortified channels.
* Whenever a KNIFE sigil cuts a channel or channel fortification, there is now a chance that that knife sigil will be destroyed.

Misc
----
* The CLUMSINESS internal cooldown has been reduced from 5 seconds to 4.5.
