It is Friday, the 31st of January, and the following changes have been implemented:

- It is no longer possible to be drawn into the arena by the combat queue while performing an enchantment ritual.

- Ledolian surcoats can only be consolidated if decaying going forward. Existing surcoats remain unchanged, and this change is to facilitate us being able to give out decaying surcoats in the future without them being moved onto nondecaying ones.
